Laboratory of Molecular Biology of Polish Academy of Sciences,
affiliated with the University of Gdansk

     This laboratory has been established at 1995, due to close collaboration between Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics of Polish Academy of Sciences and University of Gdańsk. The laboratory is located inside the Department of Molecular Biology.

     Main topics of research conducted in the laboratory are control of gene expression, regulation of bacteriophage development and mechanisms of inherited metabolic diseases (mainly from the group of lysosomal storage diseases).
